Terms and Conditions for Skin Walk3r (SKW)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Skin Walk3r (SKW), including but not limited to its token, NFTs, staking mechanisms, liquidity pools, and associated services (collectively, “the Project”). By interacting with SKW, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or interact with the Project.

2. No Warranties or Guarantees

• The Project is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The developers make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the performance, utility, reliability, or availability of the Project.

• The Project may be experimental in nature and could contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors. Use at your own risk.

3. Assumption of Risk

By interacting with the Project, users acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Volatility: The value of SKW tokens and NFTs may fluctuate and could become worthless.

• Regulatory Risks: The Project may be subject to legal, regulatory, or compliance risks. Users are responsible for understanding their local laws.

• Smart Contract Risks: The Project relies on smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. These contracts are irreversible and may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.

• Loss of Funds: Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their private keys, wallets, and assets. The developers are not liable for any loss of funds.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and contributors to the Project disclaim all liability for:

• Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use or misuse of the Project.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services.

• Any unauthorized access to user data or assets.

In no event shall the developers or contributors be liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of their hardware, software, and wallets with the Project.

• Users must conduct their own research and due diligence before interacting with the Project.

• Users are responsible for reporting any bugs, vulnerabilities, or concerns to the team immediately.

6. No Investment Advice

The Project and associated materials are for informational and experimental purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice. Users should consult their own financial or legal advisors before purchasing or interacting with SKW tokens or NFTs.

7. Regulatory Compliance

• The Project does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction.

• It is the user’s responsibility to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to tax reporting obligations.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and contributors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their interaction with the Project.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Skin Walk3r name, logo, and branding are the property of the developers and may not be used without permission.

• The user retains ownership of their NFTs; however, the developers retain the right to enforce these Terms regarding usage.

10. Amendments and Updates

The developers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Project constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

 11. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [United States]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [United States].
